About Us
With our roots from South India, we are a group of dosa enthusiasts bringing the authentic dosa culture to Austin. And we are doing so while preserving the authentic batter making process, and infusing newness with the stuffings, and signature creations.
We just started our humble journey with our first food truck. Come over, taste our dosa, encourage the team and lets be friends !
Yes, its all about the batter! And what goes behind the batter is our elaborate process of handpicking ingredients, being super cautious on the exact proportions, remaining hawk eyed on the fermentation process, and of course the need for patience. Thats what makes our batter authentic and perfect. In fact, the R&D process took over a year, as we took our grandma's authentic recipes and tried to replicate the same in Austin.
Also, have you noticed, that, as a homage to her, and every mother back in India, we added the organic pink to our batter.
